Ever since I graduated from high school and attended college my extracurricular activities have become almost non existent. In high school I was part of both tennis and basketball teams all throughout high school. The basketball season lasted about 3-4 months while the tennis season was 2-3 months. Both sports were enough to keep me busy throughout high school every year. We would practice for 2 hours after school which was more than enough to keep me in shape. But as I graduated high school and started to attend Stanislaus, my extracurricular activities have died down. One reason for the lack of exercise is how busy school work gets. My primary goal is to put school first instead of sports and so far that's what I have been doing. But as a result, my extracurricular activities have been significantly lowered. Another reason was the laziness on my part. I don't take advantage of the gym and the student facility they offer here in school. I'm not as much motivated to go out there and play as I was in high school. The reason for that is I don't make the effort to go out there and meet new people that play the same sport. I don't really like playing on my own but instead with other people. Well lately I have been trying to muster up some motivation to go out there and play. I plan on joining the tennis intramural tournament that will go on later this month. Hopefully that could be the start of me getting back in shape.

  1. Don't be antisocial in college especially when it comes to a sport where you enjoy playing! We still gotta play tennis so I could show you my mad skills
